Free Return on Orders $100+ (excluding any tax & shipping) in the Contiguous US.

How long is your return period?

Items ordered on MyGiftStop.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are new, unworn, and unmodified condition with all tags and original packaging intact for a full refund. Restocking fee may apply if original packaging and papers such as manuals are not returned. Any shipping fee paid are non-refundable. Orders submitted between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st the following year.

When will I get my refund?

Returns and refunds are generally processed within 2 business days of receipt. However, it may take the bank or credit card company up to a week to reflect the refund on your statement.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us right away if you received a damaged or defective item. We can issue a replacement or refund if damage/defect is reported within the return period. After the return period, depending on the defect, you may need to go through warranty service.

Free Gift with Purchase Returns:

In the event you return qualifying item(s), please be sure to include the free gift with the return. If you would like to keep the free gift but not the qualifying item(s), the selling price of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

BOGO Returns (Including Buy One Get One Free and Buy One Get One X% Off promotions)

If making a partial return that invalidates the requirements of the original promotion, appropriate amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Example:

Customer bought 2 items that were on a BOGO 50% Off promo, item A was priced at $100 and item B was priced at $80. With the promo, customer paid $100 + $80*0.5 = $140.

Assuming items were returned in their original new/unused condition, the following return and refund scenarios may happen:

  • Customer returns both items, a refund of $140 is issued.
  • Customer returns item A, a refund of $60 is issued. By returning item A, the BOGO promo is no longer valid. Without the promo item B is priced at $80. $140 - $80 = $60 to be refunded.
  • Customer returns item B, a refund of $40 is issued. Since customer already paid the full price on item A, only promo price of item B is refunded.

What are the steps for a return and return processing?

1. Contact customer support for a return authorization number

2. Pack and send in your return. Be sure to have the return authorization number visible on the shipping box.

3. We receive the return.

4. We inspect the return.

5. Assuming item passes inspection we issue refund or replacement per your preference.

*Note: Customer is responsible for return postage for orders under $100 and orders shipping outside of the contiguous US regardless of dollar amount.
