This watch has a unidirectional rotating silver tone accented black bezel and a textured screw down main crown with function pushers. Citizen JY8070-54E is fitted with a silver titanium bracelet. Securing the bracelet is a fold over push button clasp made in titanium.

The dial is black analogue and grey digital and it features tasteful sized, index and Arabic numeral hour markers and light green accents silver tone luminous sword shaped skeleton hands for optimum legibility. Located on the flange is a minutes/seconds scale. Citizen JY8070-54E also features a atomic timekeeping technology with synchronized time adjustment available in 43 world cities, synchronized to atomic time clock for superior accuracy, atomic timekeeping technology with synchronized time adjustment available in 43 cities, dual time (second time zone), 2 alarms, 99-minute countdown timer, digital backlight display, universal coordinated time (utc) display, power reserve indicator, chronograph, month, day and date display functions.
