This watch has a fixed bezel and a smooth push/pull with function pushers. Timex T49896JV is equipped with a black resin strap. Securing the strap is a pin buckle clasp made in stainless steel.

The dial is digital black and it features conservatively sized, beige Arabic numeral for optimum legibility. Timex T49896JV also features a chronograph with lap and split times, alarm, Indiglo light-up dial, 24-hour countdown timer with stop and repeat, 99-lap counter, two time zone settings, day-date and month display functions. This timepiece has an acrylic crystal for scratch resistance. Driving this fine watch is quartz mechanism. The water resistance comes in at 100 meters. The Timex T49896JV watch is brand new in its original packaging and is backed by a 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty.
